What information is collected
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your title, name, email address, phone number, position and organisation (the last three are optional), and a description of the problem you'd like help with.
How it's used
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to read, understand and respond to your enquiry. It is not added to a mailing list, used for marketing, or sold or shared with anyone beyond the processor described below.
Who it's shared with
Resend, an email delivery service, is used to send your enquiry to Roger as an email. Resend processes the contents of your submission in order to deliver that email.
How long it's kept
There is no database behind this site. Submitted enquiries exist only as an email in the recipient's inbox, kept for as long as normal email records are kept.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics or tracking cookies. You may still see a cookie banner as a courtesy; declining it has no effect, since nothing is set unless a future feature actually needs it. The Scrapbook page embeds an interactive experience hosted on a different domain (wristed-co-quest.lovable.app), which may set its own cookies under its own policy, outside this site's control.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see, correct, or ask for the deletion of any personal information held about you, by emailing hello@roger-richman.com.

This policy may be updated occasionally as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
