From Insurance Broker To Solution Architect To Designer
To Founder
A career spent connecting the dots between business, technology and design, turning complexity into something that works.
I understand the business, design the experience and architect the technology.
I am a Solution Architect, digital product designer and founder with a career spanning insurance, technology, communications and design.
I began in customer-facing insurance roles before progressing into the Lloyd’s and London Market, working across specialist commercial risks, medical malpractice, life sciences, liability, delegated authority and wholesale broking, and later became Broking Manager and then Chief Broking Officer.
That experience gave me a practical understanding of how regulated businesses operate: how products are distributed, how risks are placed, how customers and intermediaries behave, and where operational complexity gets in the way.
I moved into business analysis and solution architecture to help organisations solve those problems through technology. Today, I work as a Senior Professional Solution Architect, supporting insurance-platform transformation and the design of integrated digital solutions.
Alongside my professional role, I founded Wristed, a digital collection-management platform for watch enthusiasts and collectors of luxury alternative assets. I lead its product strategy, architecture, user experience, brand and development.
Why the mix matters
I do not see words, interfaces, systems and propositions as separate problems. A product can be technically correct and still fail to communicate. A beautiful website can still lack a viable operating model. Good work connects the pieces.
